Opened in 2008, this elegant complex opposite Albert Dock houses 11 000 places, making the largest city hall. We also listen to concerts as well as to sports events or theatre plays. This is where the opening ceremony of Liverpool opened as the Capital of Culture. Beyoncé, Elton John, Kanye West, Oasis and Pink sang.
