THOMAS RIGBY'S
If you are not yet decided to go to the Isle of Man and want to have a foretaste of it, the Rigby's is perhaps the place where the mood looks. At the counter, the brasserie in honour is Okell's, the star of the island's neighbour. His beers are taxed according to an act of uncompromising purity. And it must be said that the result is rather convincing, whatever formula you choose: bitter, Olaf, IPA, Olde Skipper… For the rest, this pub is a par excellence, with dark wood-based decoration, beer garden and sport on TV. A good place to stay in the centre, especially if you are staying nearby.
