PORT SUNLIGHT MUSEUM
This small museum is dedicated to the life of the W.H. industrialist industry and its "work": Sunlight Port. You are presented with a philosophy based on common sense: workers are more productive when their living conditions are good. Therefore, they worked eight hours a day, enjoyed paid leave and a retirement pension. Numerous photographs of archives, written testimonies and vintage articles reveal the daily lives of workers in this extraordinary village. The surprising portrait of a man with radically innovative ideas.
