Built in 1862 in a neo-Russian historicist style, it is one of the oldest stations in the capital and the one that carries the most passengers outside the city. It is located on the Three Stations Square and faces east, launching from its tracks the very long distance trains that take you to Siberia, Mongolia, China or even Korea. It also shares the Trans-Siberian Railway with its neighbour. During your visits to the Golden Ring, you will surely pass by Yaroslavsky vokzal to get to its eponymous city of Yaroslavl.
