It's a restaurant, yes, very chic too with a panoramic view on the Red Square. You can of course come and eat their very high quality cuisine, but we recommend the place for its vodka. Indeed, the place belongs to the famous brand of vodka Beluga whose reputation is not to be made any more. The bar is different from the others, in that it declares itself a "caviar brewery". You can enjoy vodka-caviar tastings that are guaranteed to be among the best in the city! But you'll have to pay the price.
