In any case, you will go to the Garage, a modern building nestled in the heart of Gorky Park. It is indeed the site of the Garage Museum, one of the city's famous contemporary art spots. The restaurant deserves a special mention because the locals treat it as such. Often Muscovites come to the Garage just to have a drink (including one of their delicious cocktails) or to eat good and cheap food in a charming industrial setting. The space opened by bay windows overlooking the park is exceptional, even more so in winter.
