As its name indicates (small glass), here you will be offered 14 kinds of vodkas and 4 fruit liqueurs. Food, which has nothing to do with the more luxurious restaurant next to the Balagantchik, is simple and very reasonable. Many salads including the famous vinégrète. As far as meat is concerned, there is a clear preference here for piglet and veal. The ribs of pickled piglet in the kvas and grilled, served with potato purée, are simply sublime.
