CHECH BECH
This Azeri restaurant chain is a visit in itself: a true inner courtyard on the shores of the Caspian Sea, a warm traditional welcome with servers in Azerbaijani folk costume. This restaurant, known as one of the favourites of the famous Russian Leningrad pop group during their Moscow tours, offers an unbeatable quality/price ratio. A cuisine with oriental flavours, spicy, exotic and exotic. The place has acquired its letters of nobility thanks to its buffet, sufra, to 390 Rubles, offering fresh and marinated vegetables, meat dishes typical meat stew, dried fruit: You can order a plate, that you can fill it widely and ask for additional plates… Desserts are delicious, from bakhlava to nuts or rose jam, that you enjoy with tea with thyme.
The chachliks are between 240 and 350 R, the dolma at 260 R. But the piquant side of the restaurant is not its kitchen. bech bech means Azeri 5 and 6. If you order a jug of wine, the servers bring two dice that can be thrown. If you get figures 5 and 6, the house offers a second jug.
