Fans of minimalism in terms of decoration can pass: it is the famous (and sulphurous) sculptor Zurab Tsereteli who is at the origin of the setting, in the pure tradition of the post-USSR m'as-tu-vu. However, dining in the Slavic room or in the winter garden with its large stained glass windows is a perfectly Moscow experience of grandeur and one ends up appreciating this noble treatment. On the plates, excellent Georgian food justifies a visit to the place anyway.
