KAZBEK
Another Georgian, but this one is listed in the Michelin guide! This is the kingdom of the Mamiya family, Jojua, the chef, and his mother. They have moved a piece of Tbilisi with them: in the center of the room sits an imposing buffet, in which his famous khachapuris are cooked. The decoration also helps the immersion. We find ourselves in a worn manor house, with brick walls covered with carved wooden screens and old photos. The terrace is also breathtaking. It overlooks the Moskva and looks out onto the Ukraine Hotel, one of the nine Stalinist sisters.
