This new restaurant Russian cuisine is a true gem. The name refers to the french chef who Lucien Olivier has fureure Moscow has the end of the 19th century.

The restaurant bathes in a friendly and not very characteristic chaleure of hotels of this class. Because it is from the top of the range at Lucien!

The menu is lards local produce, fish smoke and seized meat perfection has. The patissieries sweet and salees and drinks on the red and bay of refort distinguish Lucien from competition.

Strongly dimension suggestion I recommende salad " Olivier" fish smoke rabbit marine served with tart as betraves and apples and finish a sorbet homemade accompanies by red fruit. It is simply delicious.

For the Russian traditional cuisine does not authentic, exquisite and maze there is no longer but you address downtown: Lucien!
