The terrace with bay windows at the Ritz has the most beautiful view of the Kremlin! So of course it's very expensive, just have a plate. The French chef and his Italian sous-chef compose a rather international menu, which however has some Japanese specialities. An aquarium has been installed so that you can choose and even fish the seafood you are going to eat! It's best to book and dress a little for this very select place. Don't hesitate to drop by for an author's cocktail created by the head bartender.
