The SAVVA restaurant, a jewel of the Metropol hotel, is named after the famous 19th century patron Savva Mamontov. Ambitious and prestigious, the restaurant offers Russian cuisine revisited by the chef, which is a huge success. No wonder, when you know that its chef, Andrey Shmakov, is considered one of the best Russian chefs of his generation and that he trained at the famous NOMA restaurant in Copenhagen. A dinner in his large room, with its monumental decoration, is a perfect match for an evening at the Bolshoi. Pure delight!
