This Indian restaurant takes the concept of open cuisine to the next level. You will see the cooks preparing the delicious naans and eggplant fondues in front of you, but also the dishwasher washing the plates, the waiters chopping wood for the oven, cutting vegetables, etc. There is no fixed menu, so prices vary according to the day's deliveries. All this gives a spirit very close to an Indian restaurant in the country, except that the spices are revised downwards to satisfy the more sensitive western palates.
