Fresh is a Canadian restaurant chain that has come to convert Russian hostile land to the vegetarian credo. It's a titanic task, which its restaurants seem to be able to overcome! The secret: a wide choice of dishes, so many copying the traditional Western dishes that everyone loves like a veggie burger, veggie steak, veggie nuggets, with veggie fries and not a piece of salad on the horizon. Of course, there are more classic (and surely tastier) dishes for the converted.
