The cheburek, like the brick, is a fried laminate filled with meat. Okay, Dr. Dukan doesn't recommend it before bedtime, but it's good, hot and portable fast food. In this restaurant (which is a bit like a train station buffet), you can find a whole crowd who come quickly to eat one of the best cheburek in town for a few rubles. To eat on the spot (bad wood tables and plastic decoration) or to take away.
