Located in the new building of the famous Moscow Hotel, it hosted high party dignitaries and diplomatic visits during the Soviet period. It lost some of its lustre with the fall of the USSR, destroyed and then rebuilt identically and more comfortably in 2004 in a controversial real estate deal. It will be necessary to break its piggy bank to accommodate there among the large, and big bank accounts, of this world but it is a unique opportunity to be part of the history of the capital. Service, comfort and luxury will be the order of the day.
