This hotel is impressive, just as Stalin intended when he had it built to receive foreign delegations (you can see it in his private exhibition). The name of the hotel is a tribute to the People's Republic of China, hence the frankly old-fashioned Asian-themed decoration. Overall, this venerable high-class accommodation has seen better days, which explains its relatively low price. The highlight of the hotel is its famous bar, Time Out, located on the very top floor with a beautiful view of Moscow.
