HELIKON OPERA

A young opera run by the very talented Dimitri Bergsman. Classical opera in modern and sometimes disrespectful versions. There were operas like Chostakovithch's Lady Macbeth, whose eloquence of some scenes and the frenetic character of the partition had won him an attack on Pravda and its ban in 1936. The Hélicon is therefore reserved for lovers of the show and the avant-garde. However, the reputation of this opera makes the squares very difficult to obtain, sometimes several months in advance.
