The Time Out Bar quickly became a prominent place in Moscow nights. Located on the top floor in the Belvedere Tower of the Beijing Hotel, it offers a spectacular view of the city that can be admired from the verandah. The designers wanted to create an urban café, combined with an affordable European menu and a cocktail bar. And they have succeeded, as the establishment has been a great success. The bar hosts the best DJs in the capital on weekends, but it is also pleasant to come and have lunch on the terrace during the week on sunny days.
