GOUM
This luxurious hall, which revisits the Soviet style with its galleries, fountains and bridges, is the most beautiful in the country.
The Goum, a sumptuously decorated shopping mall, has always marked the border between the elite and the people. Under the USSR, it was a showcase for the best Soviet products, but chronic shortages meant that only members of the nomenklatura had access to these shops. Today, it is the newly rich who have taken their place in the aisles of the big Western luxury brands. The large central aisle with a fountain in the centre is worth a visit, but the posted prices are prohibitive.

Only difficulty in summer heat of the glass roof that overlooks the ceiling.
A good place to take a break during your visit on the Red square and shopping.
