MARCHÉ DANILOVSKY
In the food court of the city's most hipster market, you will find the best phô and other delicacies
This former Soviet farmers' market has become an embassy of good food. People come here to fill their gourmet baskets and sit down to eat. All the products have been rigorously selected: melting and fragrant tomatoes, fresh cheeses of the day, honey from artisanal farms, smoked line fish, caviar or crab from Kamchatka. The prices are necessarily lower, but this place says something about the evolution of Muscovites' culinary habits. There are also a few quality restaurants, such as United Kitchen and Fishbazzar.
