MAYAKOVSKY DACHA
"The little hill of Pushkino pushed the hump of Mount Akulov and at the bottom of the hill there was a village that leaned the bark of its roofs," wrote the poet Vladimir Mayakovsky, father of Futurism and ambassador of socialism, about this city located about 15 kilometers from Moscow, where he liked to spend his summers in his dacha. Settled in Moscow since 1905, the poet knew the surroundings well and occasionally, at the detours of his tumultuous life, it was here that he rested. Many of the personalities of the time passed through here.
