This small museum is rather recent and takes very much to heart its mission of defending and promoting the gingerbread of Toula. One enters this building of little appearance brings downtown, to be assailed by the smell of fresh gingerbread! A delight! Unfortunately, places are limited, so it's best to reserve in advance. You will then have the opportunity to visit the traditional method of bread production, as well as modern techniques. The whole thing ends with a tasting accompanied by tea and a visit to the shop.
