OFFICE DU TOURISME
Pardubice is a Czech town with many tourist attractions. At the heart of the town is Perštýnská Square, surrounded by Renaissance houses, where you can admire the magnificent Renaissance Pardubice Castle. This castle, built in the 15th and 16th centuries, is home to Renaissance murals and also houses the Gallery of East Bohemia and the Museum of East Bohemia. The town is also famous for its horse races, in particular the famous Pardubice Grand Steeplechase, which takes place every year on the town's racecourse. Horse lovers can also visit the Kladruby nad Labem stud farm, where the Staré Kladruby horses are bred. For relaxation, visitors can head to Pardubice's Aquacentrum, a water park with indoor and outdoor pools, water attractions and a wellness center. Finally, the mountain of Kunětická, with its castle and golf course, and the town of Slatiňany, with its castle and Horse Museum, are also worth a visit.
