The most famous address in the city to enjoy good local food (grilled meat, soups, beers) quite cheaply, under the eyes of the good soldier Švejk. A bit touristy, but that's the problem with all the restaurants named after the good soldier, and there are quite a few of them in the Czech Republic! This one is rather successful with its old-fashioned atmosphere: large tables, wooden beams, old photographs... It is a pleasure to look around while waiting for your order, which is usually served quickly and with a smile.
