This ski area opened in 2005 and offers ski slopes at 850 meters above sea level, which is not comparable with the Alps, but it is very entertaining and easily accessible. Many Czechs come here to have a good time. You can rent skis, snowboards and cross-country skis. For skiing(sjezdové lyžování), there are two lifts and a funicular (Hotel Krakonos); for cross-country skiing(běžecké trasy), there are courses from 2 to 9.2 km. Maps at the tourist office.
