Accueil très convivial de l'ensemble du personnel, meme si le français est une langue inconnu dans cet hotel.
Les chambres sont très vastes avec un mobilier, certe vieillot, mais confortable : Les chambres twin ont en plus de slits, un canapé et deux fauteuils.
La vue donne sur un petit parc avec de nombreux bars et cafés, mais sans bruit car Plzen est une ville très calme.
