Very available and speak English. Information, accommodation reservations, city maps, exhibitions, tours and currency exchange. The office, located in the main square of the city, also offers guided tours in French. You will need to book a little in advance in high season but the rest of the time you will have no trouble sharing a day with one of Pilsen's friendly French-speaking guides. The price is to be negotiated (length of the tour, with or without visits, etc.) directly with the tourist office.

Large amplitudedes horaires d'ouverture, y compris les dimanches et jours fériés.
Très à l'écoute, le personnel parle de nombreuses langues (anglais, allemand, russe et italien...). Le jour où j'y suis allé, une personne de l'accueil parlait un peu français.
Nombreuses documentations et beaucoup d'information concernant Plzen et sa région.
Situé sur la place principale, l'office du tourisme vend egalement de beaux souvenirs, des cartes postales et des timbres, ainsi que les tickets des transports locaux moins chers que si vous les acheter dans les bus ou tramways.
