Parade, theater, cinema, ball with bagpipe players from all over the world, from Thursday to Sunday, in Strakonice (South Bohemia). The Scots dominate the competition by far, but it is not rare to see Swedes, Bretons or even Indians, who started playing after the departure of the British. It's a colorful (and sonorous) festival where, come evening, beer flows freely all over the city.
