In a warm setting, with a Brazilian touch in honor of chef Katty, the establishment promises a convivial experience. Taste homemade products and enjoy a rich and varied cider cellar. The establishment selects local ingredients from surrounding farms, committed to sustainable catering and respect for nature. On the menu, you'll enjoy a wide choice of salads, aperitif tapas, crispy Breton galettes and sweet delicacies. Take the "Normande", for example, a pan-fried Vire andouille sausage with roasted apple, onions preserved in Norman cider, Camembert cream and fried onions.
