One of the largest monasteries in Central Europe: it is a former Premonstratensian abbey converted into a wine cellar by the winemaker Znovín. 650,000 bottles are stored here. And the wine is tasted in these vast cellars. A tour through the vineyards will give you the opportunity to learn more about the history of the building and the development of vineyards in the region. After the tasting, don't forget to visit the massive baroque church of the Ascension.
