The specialty here is the meat: carpaccios, steaks, grilled pig, pork shank... The locals are crazy about it and can only advise to go there. The portions are gargantuan, and the grills are very well mastered, with well tenderized and marinated meats. There is a little fish on the menu, but it is really for the meat that we go here. One eats more than enough at Johan's, who has become a local celebrity! Very good quality/price ratio. The amateurs of wine will not be in rest, with a neat card which changes a little of the local beers.
