A true culinary experience! Opened in 2015 by Chef Přemek Forejt after a stint in the establishments of several starred chefs in England, Entrée is a delicious showcase of Czech products and the talent of the brigade officiating in the kitchen. The tasting menus evolve according to the seasons and the chef's inspiration and are accompanied by surprising and racy wines, all in a very elaborate setting combining wood, plant and mineral, illuminated by beautiful natural light distilled by the large bay windows.
