CASTLE OF TOVAČOV (ZÁMEK)

It is a peaceful little village located in the middle of ponds and forest. Its few middle-class houses are dominated since 1492 by the Gracieuse tower, 96 m high, jewel of the local castle. In the 11th century, the latter was a hunter's shelter. It then underwent several alterations, the most important of which were carried out by the Cimburks. They gave it its current Renaissance aspect. The chapel shelters baroque stucco decorations. Beautiful panorama on the surrounding landscape.
