A fusion food like no other, a surprising marriage of Czech cuisine with the Creole flavors of the islands. Here we cook octopus, we make spicy sauces, banana chips, while lemon and ginger are honored to flavor local products and revise some recipes in a way as innovative as successful. We enjoy ourselves and we ask for more, especially since the desserts are also a success. Next to the menu, daily suggestions give pride of place to seasonal products and fishing returns, even if the sea is far away.
