Gracar (an acronym for Gratiarum Carthusia, referring to the Charterhouse of Pavia) is the ideal place for lunch or a drink after a visit to the monument, and offers a beautiful view of it. The menu offers typical dishes (the risotti are delicious!), and the chef makes a point of using local produce. As an aperitif, you can accompany your glass with a platter of local cheeses and sausages. What's more, the service is very friendly!
