The Art Nouveau arabesque setting recalls the past of this historic caffetteria . Opposite the university, many illustrious professors and students have passed through here for a coffee or hot chocolate, to enjoy a mignardise or to taste Pavia's divinely-named specialty, the Torta Paradiso (Paradise Cake), very tender and covered in powdered sugar.
