In an ancient 16th-century mansion, Alessandra and Gaetano Martini have been running one of northern Italy's must-visit gourmet restaurants for the past 16 years. Data la presentazione e le recensioni però ci aspettavamo molto meglio.
La mise en place dei piatti non è all'altezza e purtroppo alcuni sono stati deludenti anche per quel che riguarda il palato. Polenta e pancetta davvero triste e idem i dolci, pesche al cioccolato e semifreddo al torrocino.
Anche per l'amaro speravo in qualcosa di più particolare visto il luogo.
Insomma qualità del cibo e prezzo proprio non corrispondono, si paga solo per la location e pure tanto.
