Museum paying tribute to the great composer Gaetano Donizetti in Bergamo.
The museum pays homage to the great composer Gaetano Donizetti (1797-1848), born in Bergamo and author of two of the greatest masterpieces of 19th century lyric opera: the Elixir of Love (1832) and Lucia de Lammermoor (1835). The visit allows you to see documents, archives and the piano that once belonged to the maestro. You can also visit the composer's birthplace, Via Borgo Canale 14. On site, depending on the weather - 1 hour or 2 hours - two well thought-out tours are proposed to optimize your visit to the museum.
