TEA GARDEN
Nestled in the heart of the Norman countryside, Tea Garden is a real paradise of paradise in Sallen. We fell under the charm of the Roberts-Todd family, very British indeed and very nice in addition. Freya, the daughter, manufactures the bouquets and holds the shop, Lucy, mother with green hands, inspiring as only English is capable of (and without chemicals!), and Geoff, dad, manufactures the scones, cheesecakes and other cakes carrots essential to every tea-time that respects himself. Besides organic teas, daring homemade lemonade or apple juice juice, a true delight! Side garden, needless to say that it is a model in the kind of English garden: wise in places, totally crazy to others. The journey is quickly unavoidable and has two advantages: on the one hand it wants to be green, on the other it puts in appetite (5 ha, say!). All in nature, naturally, and in music from time to time, stick to the cuta juice!
