You can taste fish carpaccio with fermented Amalfi lemon, peach tartar ofthe day flavored with ancient citrus fruits and Sichuan pepper, broad bean soup with mussels and dried tomato pesto... Abbiamo preso un menù completo di terra e di mare ed erano entrambi fantastici!
Su tutti, il carciofo fritto alla giudea, la frittura di pesce leggerissima e il maialino alle erbette e aspragi.
Da consigliare, ci ritorneremo senz'altro! Grazie di cuore da una coppia fiorentina!
