Sartù is a unique dish of the Parthenopian cuisine. The origin of this name would come from the French "sur tout", because of the many ingredients that cover the rice. A little far from the lively centre of the Vomero district, this small restaurant could pass for a trattoria like the others, but it is much more than that. The tradition is enriched by the curious ideas of the young chef, the setting is always meticulous and the wine list offers only good wines from the region. Every evening, soft jazz as a backdrop.
