I prodotti sono buoni, quello che è assolutamente da rivedere è la cortesia, l'educazione ed il rispetto del cliente. Il cassiere in primis. Poi alcuni ragazzi della caffetteria. Ah.. non provate a sedervi dopo aver preso al bancone perché sarete sgridati severamente! ???? A Napoli vengo spesso.. ma non credo tornerò da voi.

Byliśmy bardzo miło i grzecznie obsłużeni przez Pana przy kasie. Obsługa za ladą była również miła i uśmiechnięta, szczególnie panowie serwujący kawę.
Kontaktowi, znają angielski.
Espresso i capuccino były bardzo dobre a cannoli pistacjowe pyszne.
