È lievitata il giusto e poi non si trasforma in una cosa molle ed acquosa che poi diventa immangiabile.
Ingredienti quali farina acqua pomodoro e mozzarella, assemblati in modo artigianalmente perfetto, ti restituiscono, quando la pizza arriva sulla tavola il piacere e il gusto di addentarla per divorarla voracemente per apprezzarne la sua bontà.
Buono pure il cuoppo, un piatto composto da un misto di fritti fatto di pura bontà.
Ci torno sempre da Ettore quando passo per Napoli.
