ナポリのジェノベーゼという牛の煮込みと、そのソースを使ったショートパスタは絶品でした！！
牛肉はホロホロで柔らかく、玉ねぎの甘みも絶妙で、日本では味わったことのない美味しさでした^ ^
マンマも息子のゼウスもとても良い方達。
ゼウスは日本好きと言うで、日本の伝統芸であるピラミッドに加わってもらいました！！
