Close to the Pignasecca market, here is a typical little trattoria of the district, with its waxed tablecloths and its wine of the owner served with a jug. It is always crowded, it is better to book or come early enough. You will be welcomed by the owner who is always smiling and joking. Here, the menu changes every day and follows the rhythm of the seasons. The dishes are those of the tradition, a simple and tasty casalinga cuisine (like at home), served in a family atmosphere. Very good value for money.

La genovese era buona ma purtroppo ci sono stati serviti gnocchi alla Sorrentina e non al ragù perché non c’era traccia di carne. La cameriera estremamente maleducata invece che ammettere l’errore ha insistito per dirci che non capivamo noi il ragù napoletano. Veniamo a Napoli da anni, abbiamo mangiato in diversi posti..avrebbe fatto più bella figura a chiedere scusa e far rifare il piatto ma l’orgoglio purtroppo a volte acceca..credo che la signora dovrebbe cambiare lavoro, forse il locale ne gioverebbe

Ci siamo state scegliendo un po' a caso e ci siamo trovate talmente bene che abbiamo deciso di prenotare per l'ultima cena della nostra vacanza
