An authentic trattoria, in the kitchen as in the reception, where you can find the flavours and the generosity of the tradition.
A discreet address on the side of the staircase leading to the Basilica of San Giovanni Maggiore, authentic in both its cuisine and Anna Maria's welcome. There are just a few tables and a guitar hanging on the wall, which inspired the name of the osteria. It's a delight to rediscover the true taste of ingredients and the generosity of tradition. Excellent linguine alla cetarese, with tomatoes, garlic, parsley and colatura di alici, the oil extracted from pressed anchovies. Homemade cakes, with limoncello or tiramisu, and an after-dinner drink.

Forse leggermente caro, però considerando la brutta piega che sta prendendo il centro storico, è in linea con le altre trattorie/osterie. A differenza di altri, però, la qualitá c'è. I piatti erano buoni. Siamo rimasti davvero contenti.
Finalmente un posto di riferimento dove andare a cena al centro storico che non sia una trappola per turisti.
Consigliatissimo!
