Chef Diego, an archaeologist by training, reinterprets the recipes of Latin authors and brings them up to date using local Neapolitan produce. The dishes are skilfully crafted, the cooking mastered, the flavours balanced and sometimes surprising. Let yourself be guided by Diego's brother Gianmaria, who takes the time to explain the menu in detail and advise you on the wine. A wonderful moment of discovery awaits you.

Devient un incontournable pour moi à Naples
Passiamo alla descrizione: locale piccolo ma accogliente, servizio cortese e professionale, piatti preparati molto bene e con buone materie prime, perciò bravi bravi.
Se proprio bisogna fare un appunto devo dire che le porzioni non sono molto abbondanti ed il prezzo finale, pur giustificato in parte dalle cose scritte in precedenza, devo dire che è un tantino alto.
