Neapolitans are crazy about it but often ignore all its secrets, which is why Baccalaria has made it its mission to make people discover the thousand facets of this product. So dare to try the delicious cod brandade or parmigiana with aubergines, and let Vincenzo, the chef, tell you the story behind each combination of flavours. The only drawback: the portions are rather light and the addition sometimes salty.

Non lasciatevi ingannare dall'aspetto volutamente studiato di una semplice osteria, dietro questa studiata scelta di concept si nasconde un ristorante raffinatissimo in cui il gusto del baccalà è declinato davvero in tutte le sue sfumature.
Il contrasto tra l'idea di osteria e la raffinatizza si esprime anche nella scelta di servire le loro prelibatezze in splendidi servizi di porcellana antichi che una volta venivano usati in tutte le case durante le feste.
Cibo eccellente, locale pulitissimo, servizio impeccabile, cortesia e simpatia, che dire non perdete l'occasione di provarlo almeno una volta tornerete sicuramente.
